Yasmine Nemazee, MD MPH, is an energetic and dedicated doctor with a diverse international career spanning clinical medicine, leadership and public health. She is committed to delivering efficient, effective and compassionate care that is grounded in the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
Her professional journey has taken her from serving as chief resident in the Department of Internal Medicine at Bellevue and NYU in New York, to working in private practice and as chief medical officer of a telemedicine startup in Dubai. Most recently, she has been part of the Acute Medicine Department at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital within the National Health Service.
Dr Nemazee's academic background reflects her commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare. She has studied at Harvard University, The University of Texas, New York University and most recently at Johns Hopkins University, where she completed a Master of Public Health. During her time there, she focused on health equity and social justice, medical ethics, and the evolving field of humanitarian health.
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Nemazee has a strong interest in medical education and is committed to supporting the training and development of future doctors. She is pleased to bring the breadth of her US training and experience into the UK medical environment. She is particularly energized by the opportunity to apply knowledge in preventive medicine into her Executive Health practice where she hopes to help patients optimize their health and wellness.
